3 Night Short Breaks are priced at 65% of applicable weekly rate.
4 Night Short Breaks are priced at 75% of applicable weekly rate.
5 Night Short Breaks are priced at 85% of applicable weekly rate.
Partial school holiday weeks charged at weekly rate.
All rates are shown as a guide and may vary depending on availability.
A £200 or 25% payment, whichever is the greater, is required at the time of booking.
Final balance becomes due 8 weeks before arrival.
A £200 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance.

We accept payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer and all major Credit /Debit Cards.
This year we have also negotiated some excellent pricing from our travel partners P & O Ferries, Sea France & LD Lines for Channel Crossings. Booking your travel with us at the same time as your accommodation normally results in a substantial saving when compared to booking direct.
All Channel crossings will be quoted separately on request and are additional to the rental cost.
Seasons
This varies from year to year but as a general rule we apply the following criteria:
1. July – Mid September – High Season.
2. Mid September – October – Mid Season
3. October – March – Low Season
4. March – June – Mid Season
5. Bank Holiday Weekends – Mid Season.
6. Half Term School Holidays + Christmas and New Year – High Season
