The Le Touquet Christmas lights are being switch on, on Friday the 5th December. Le Touquet Christmas market runs from the 18th December until the 3rd January and offers a variety of seasonal products and a festive village to add to the seasonal excitement.

Tickets are available from the cash desk at the Palais de l’Europe,  entry 7€, 5€ in the morning and groups, except December 25 and January 1.

For a traditional Christmas, timeless and unifying Le Touquet boldly mixes culture, tradition and entertainment and offers children a magical storytelling experience.

Lille
The 2009 market is held from the 18th November until the 30th of December in the centre of the city. The city is transformed by these magical Christmas markets. Lille’s month long Christmas market is probably one of the best in Europe and is held in the Place Rihour, particularly popular with the British due the Eurostar connection.  Theatre, games and traditional French Christmas cuisine combine to create a fantastic shopping opportunity with real atmosphere.

Lille is under 2 hours from Le Touquet, so why not rent one of our villas and have a great Christmas shopping experience at both venues.

The charity hope the motorbike weekend will attempt to create a new world record. They will attempt to carry the maximum number of motorbikes on a Eurotunnel train at the same time.
Riders will have the chance to visit one of the War Cemeteries in the area or simply relax in one of the great restaurants in Le Touquet.
This is the 3rd annual ride out for the charity which takes place between the 5th & 6th June 2010.
Any riders wishing to extend their stay and make more of a holiday in Le Touquet for this week may be interested in renting one of our villas. We currently have availability at our L’Opale and St Andre villas from the 5th June. St Andre can sleep 15 and L’Opale 10.
The villas are within 5 minutes walk of each other and close to Le Touquet.
